Phoenix Allies for Community Health (PACH) serves an extremely medically-underserved, Spanish-speaking, vulnerable population and relies on 100% volunteer service to operate its free clinic and related health services in Phoenix, Arizona. Spanish interpreters, health professionals and general volunteers are welcome. Privacy and cultural sensitivity are paramount, with education and hands-on, low-resource treatments favored over expensive or time-consuming interventions. Seek to empower and build capacity in each person’s life.
Patients are seen all-day, every Saturday in 2 shifts: 7:30-12:30, 12:30-5:30. Dress code is scrubs or PACH T-shirt. Upon arriving, introduce yourself to the volunteer coordinator and get ready to work! Health professionals and students must bring a laptop, submit name and email address to Amy to create an account with Practice Fusion (EMR) and sign a HIPAA privacy form.
The clinic is located in the Roosevelt district and the address will be made available to applicants upon acceptance. Email Dr. Sean for more information.
